How we help

Build a website designed to turn local interest into enquiries.

Strategy, copy, design and development work as one joined-up build, shaped around the decisions local customers make before they enquire.

01

An obvious offer.

Visitors should quickly understand what you do, where you work and whether the service fits their problem.

02

A credible business.

Real services, process and proof should carry the argument, not vague claims or decorative polish.

03

An easy next step.

Calls, bookings and quote requests need clear routes that work properly on the phone in someone’s hand.

The full build

One clear process from first question to finished website.

Practical questions

Good to know.

Is £500 really the full website build price?

Yes. The core website build is £500. The exact pages and responsibilities are agreed before work starts. Ecommerce, specialist integrations and unusually large content requirements sit outside that core build and are identified in advance.

Do I have to use Nearside’s managed hosting?

Managed hosting and care is optional and costs £99 per month. Handover and ongoing responsibilities are agreed as part of the project.

Can you guarantee more enquiries or better rankings?

Enquiries and rankings cannot responsibly be guaranteed. Nearside can improve the clarity, usability and technical foundations of the website, then measure real performance after launch where tracking is approved.

Does the price include unlimited revisions?

Yes. Revisions are included throughout the build, and we keep working with you until you are happy with the agreed website. Requests that materially change the agreed scope, such as new pages, ecommerce or specialist functionality, are priced separately.

Do you work with one type of local business?

Nearside works with local businesses broadly. Any future sector-specific service will be based on real market validation rather than a naming promise.
